Decisions run the business.

Yet many organizations hide them inside code, workflows and processes through scattered rules and data.

That's the problem.

💡When decisions are buried:
* No one understands how outcomes are produced
* Changes become risky and expensive
* Governance becomes impossible

The fix is simple:
1️⃣ Model decisions explicit.
2️⃣ Then execute and enforce them. #DecisionGovernance.

Because when you model decisions:
* They become clear
* Complexity breaks down
* Execution will be transparent
* Business and IT speak the same language

Processes move work.
Data provides context.

But decisions determine outcomes.
